(2)The Planning Board shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice-Chancellor, ex-officio Chairman;(ii)officers of University as specified in clauses (iii) to (vi) of section 10 ; and(iii)not more than five persons who possess high academic qualifications and experience in the respective field of planning nominated by the Planning Board.
