Section 202(2) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(2)Any person who contravenes, or wilfully aids or abets the contravention of the provisions of sub-rule (1) shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three month or with fine up to five hundred rupees or with both.
