Section 15 in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
15. Nomination of Candidates.
(1)Any person may be nominated as a candidate for election to fill a seat if he possesses the requisite qualifications under the provisions of these rules.(2)Every nomination paper presented shall be in Form 'A' hereto.(3)A nomination paper shall be supplied by the Returning Officer or an Officer authorized by him in this behalf, to any voter on demand.
