16. The Registrar.
(1)The Registrar shall be appointed is such manner as may be prescribed.(2)The Registrar shall have the power to enter into agreements, sign documents and authenticate records on behalf of the University and shall exercise such other power and perform such other functions as may be prescribed.(3)The Registrar shall be the ex-officio Secretary of the Executive Council and the Academic Council.
