(2)The establishment of Campuses, Special Centers, specialized laboratories and other units for research, training and instruction.(a)the manner of cooperation and collaboration with other Universities and authorities including learned bodies or associations;(b)the creation, composition and functions of any other body which is considered necessary for improving the academic life of the University;(c)constitution and terms of reference of the Grievance Committee for its employees and students;(d)constitution and terms of reference of the Joint Consultative Machinery to be set up for its employees; and(e)all other matters which by this Act are to be or may be provided by the Statutes.
