We have heard learned counsel for the parties. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case particularly the fact that the child is about five years old, it is in the interest of justice to allow the transfer petition and transfer HMA NO. 62 of 2015 titled as Devender Singh v. Maninder Kaur pending in the Court of District Judge Swai Madhopur, Rajasthan to the Court of District Judge, Yamuna Nagar (Haryana).
We accordingly do so and transfer HMA NO. 62 of 2015 titled as Devender Singh v. Maninder Kaur from the Court of District Judge Swai Madhopur, Rajasthan to the Court of District Judge, Yamuna Nagar (Haryana).
The transfer petition is allowed.
