(3)where after leasing out tolls under section 7, the [Government] [Substituted for the words 'Sarkari-i-Aali' by the A.P.A.O. 1957.] declare any man, animal, vehicle or other thing to be exempt from the toll, the lessee shall be entitled to rebate of such compensation, as may be awarded by the [Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Taluqdar' by the A.P.A.O. 1957.] or any other officer whom the [Government] [Substituted for the words 'Sarkari-i-Aali' by the A.P.A.O. 1957.] may appoint for this work.
