Section 24 in Rajasthan Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1959
24. Accommodation.
(1)The total number of spectators accommodated in the buildings shall not exceed 20 per hundred square feet of the area available for sitting and standing or 20 per 133 1/2 square feet of the all over area of the floor space in the auditorium.[Provided that maximum number of 25 Spectators can be accommodated in 100 sq. feet area in 'Lok-Chhavi'.] [Addded vide Notification No, F. 1/7(2) Homes 5/77 dated 28.8.1982, Published in Rajasthan Gazetted Part III B dated 9.9.1982 P. 9](2)A notice showing the number of spectators permitted by the conditions of the licence to be admitted to any one part of the building shall be exhibited at a prominent place either at the entrance of the building or in the auditorium.
