Act, Section 9 of MPO Act and Section 4 of PDPP Act.
And In the matter of : Rabiul Sk. @ Raju Sk ...... petitioner Mr. Rajesh Kr. Shah ....for the petitioner Mrs. Faria Hossain, Ms. Pritha Paul ....for the State Proclamation and attachment process stands concluded as against the petitioner.
Considering such aspect and materials in the Case Diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5038 of 2023 is disposed of.
