Section 15(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1998
(1)The officers and other employees of the District Authority shall be entitled to draw pay and allowances in the scales of pay admissible to the Government employees holding equivalent posts and shall be entitled to same status, privileges and facilities.
