9. Permission for operation of cone-type loud speaker.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Sections 5, 6 and 7 the operation of a cone-type loudspeaker enclosed in a wooden cabinet within enclosed premises of a private building is permitted provided that such operation does not result in noise.
