UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The Court is convened through Video Conferencing. At the commencement of hearing, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the Union of India submits that the Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill, 2019 is going to be placed before the Rajya Sabha in the ensuing Monsoon Session. Learned Additional Solicitor General, accordingly, prays for an adjournment of eight weeks.
