Section 94(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)The consumer/farmer market licence holder, may file a complaint in writing to the State Marketing Officer with the Court fee stamp of rupees twenty alongwith the necessary documents, within a period of thirty days from the date of arising of the dispute.
