Section 1 in The Orissa Cement (Quality Control) Order, 1987
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This order may be called the Orissa Cement (Quality Control) Order, 1987.(2)It extends to the whole of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
