Section 141(1) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(1)The Government shall, by notification in the Gazette, fix the hour at which the poll shall commence and the hour at which it shall close on the date or dates fixed for the poll.The hours fixed for polling shall also be published in the constituency in such manner as the Returning Officer may consider necessary.
