Section 13(1) in The Orissa Ayurvedic Medicine Rules, 1960
(1)Within seven days of the declaration of the results of the election under Sub-rule (14) of Rule 7 or Sub-rule (4) of Rule 10, whichever is later, the Returning Officer shall send report to the Government intimating the number of vacancies, if any, still existing in the Council and the Faculty and thereupon, the Government shall take such further steps as is provided in Section 9 of the Act.
