Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent no.

3. Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent no. 1. However, Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 1 submits that the said respondent i.e. Omprakash has expired on 16.10.2022. Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to file appropriate application in this regard.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent no. 2 to file counter affidavit.

List again on 14.03.2023.
