1. This petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to transfer the investigation of Case Crime No.0415/2024, under Sections 74, 352, 351(3) BNS and Section 9m/10 of POCSO Act and Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) and 3(1)(w) (i) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Pisawan, District Sitapur to any other independent agency or any other police station of district Sitapur for making free and proper investigation.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to ensure the arrest of opposite party no.4, as there is reasonable apprehension regarding threat of life to the petitioner."
3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 07.11.2025 received from Surya Pratap Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station Pisawan, District Sitapur, which has been produced before this Court and taken on record, submits that the Charge Sheet No.0416/24 dated 09.12.2024 has been forwarded to the court, therefore, this petition has lost it's efficacy.
4. Dismissed accordingly.
