- A register shall be maintained in Form No. 1 which shall show the name and address of each member, whether he is nominated or elected; in case he is elected, the electorate which he represents, the ordinary term of office of each member; the date of its commencement and expiration and in case the office terminates before the due date owing to vacation of seat, resignation of membership or death, the date and reason of earlier termination.Appointment of Members
