Section 210(1) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(1)The corrupt practices specified in Rule 194 or Rule 195, under illegal practices specified in Rule 196, shall entail disqualification for membership of the District Council of an Autonomous District.
