Section 7(1) in The Orissa Ayurvedic Medicine Rules, 1960
(1)Each candidate to be elected under Section 3 and Section 4 shall be proposed by one and seconded by another elector under rules. A candidate proposed and seconded in contravention of the above provision shall be deemed not to have been duly proposed and seconded.
