Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Vijay Lakshmi, Member (J) No one is present from either side. We have perused the order sheets which shows that vide order dated 04.01.2016, the applicant was granted interim order by staying the impugned order till the next date of hearing. However, the applicant is clearly prolonging the matter and he has not even filed rejoinder till today whereas the O.A is pending since the year 2016. Today also he is absent.
2. In view of the above, the O.A is dismissed for want of prosecution. The interim order is accordingly vacated. No order as to costs.
