68. Contract Farming Agreement between Contract Farming Producer and Contract Farming Sponsor.
- The Contract Farming Agreement between the Contract Farming Producer and the Contract Farming Sponsor shall normally be in Form 'L' appended hereto, however, the Contract Farming Producer and the Contract Farming Sponsor shall be at liberty to mutually decide the terms and conditions of the Contract Farming Agreement, which shall not be contrary to the provisions of the Act and the Rules framed thereunder.
