Section 187(5)(a) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974

(a)the petitioner shall, where the application has been made to Commissioner, be ordered to pay the cost of the respondent thereof incurred or such portion thereof as the Commissioner may think fit;
