Section 9(1) in The Minimum Wages (Central Advisory Board) Rules, 2011
(1)The Chairman shall decide the date, time and place of every meeting. Ordinarily, notice of not less than fifteen days from the date of posting thereof shall be given to every member for each meeting of the Board. A list of business proposed to be transacted at the meeting shall be attached with the notice.
