Section 29(1) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Classification, Control And Appeal) Regulations, 2003
(1)Any proceedings under the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Employees (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1961 pending at the commencement of these regulations shall be continued and disposed of, as far as may be, in accordance with the provisions of these regulations, as if, such proceedings were proceedings under these regulations.
