Section 15 in The Sahyadri Heritage Development Authority Act, 2011
15. Preparation of project and programmes.
- The Authority shall every year prepare projects and programmes for the development of Sahyadri Heritage and forward it to the State Government for approval. The State Government may approve the project and programmes with or without modification.
