Section 44(1) in The United Provinces Agricultural Tenants (Acquisition of Privileges) Rules, 1949
(1)The Commissioner or a Collector may transfer any case under Act from any subordinate revenue court or Revenue Officer to any other such court or Officer competent to deal therewith.
