ORAL JUDGMENT

Date : 09-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.

2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of the writ Court dated 18.01.2013 passed in CWJC No. 12857 of 2008 with analogous case.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP Nos. 2 to 4, Annexure-R/2 whereof being an order dated 28.08.2014 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of the writ Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is satisfied Patna High Court MJC No.2934 of 2014 dt.09-05-2019 2/2 that the order of the writ Court stands complied with.

5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid order dated 28.08.2014 has already been made subject matter of a writ petition, which is pending before this Court.

6. MJC No. 2934 of 2014 stands disposed of.
