Section 8 in The National Small Savings Fund (Custody and Investment) Rules, 2001
8. Accounting.
- All transactions relating to the Small Savings Schemes shall be accounted for under the public account of India as specified in the accounting procedure in Part III of these rules. However, these transactions shall be disclosed in the Annual Budget Documents as we as in the Union Finance Accounts.
