Section 7 in Tripura Foodgrains (Distribution) Control Order, 1972
7. Entitlement of card.
- Ever family card under this Order shall be the property of the Government but the person to whom it is issued or surrendered or with whom it is retained under the provisions of this Order shall be entitled to its custody and shall be responsible for its safe custody.
