Section 10(1) in The Orissa Ayurvedic Medicine Rules, 1960
(1)The Returning Officer shall request the Secretary to the Orissa Legislative Assembly (hereinafter called the Assembly) for election of two persons from amongst its members to serve as members of the Council.
