ORAL JUDGMENT
Date: 22-07-2015 The impugned order is dated 22.7.2010 passed in Title Suit No.52 of 2001. The prayer of the petitioner to mark a document as an exhibit has been rejected. The court below has taken into consideration the lack of bona fide for filing such an application after the evidence was closed as also that repeated petition of such kind is being filed from time to time to ensure that the suit does not get decided and adjudicated.
In view of the same as also the fact that the impugned Patna High Court CWJC No.18496 of 2010 dt.22-07-2015 2/2 order does not suffer from any illegality, writ application is dismissed.
