Section 2(1) in Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Rules, 2017
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" Means the Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2016, (Act No. 14 of 2016);(b)"Form" means Form appended to these rules; and(c)"Student" means student studying in first class to twelfth class.
