Section 13 in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
13. Obstructing employees of the Sikkim Transport or other authorised person in his duty.
- If any person wilfully obstructs an employee of the Sikkim transport or any other person authorised under this Act, in the discharge of his duty, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month or with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees or with both.
