                                                 O R D E R

Respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit. Office report indicates that the service report in respect of respondent no.2(residing in Germany) has been forwarded by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India in a foreign language and not in English. Office report also mentions that the Translation Cell of the Registry does not have any Translator of the said language. D.O shall be issued to the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India for ensuring that the service report is translated into English and submitted within a period of six weeks.
