(c)the catching, wounding or killing of -(i)game, other than carnivora, bear or pig, over water, salt-licks, or paths leading directly to water or salt-licks;(ii)any bird or animal for which a close-time has been prescribed under the Wild Birds and Animals Protection Act, 1912 (VIII of 1912), during the close-time so prescribed; and(iii)such animals as may from time to time be notified in this behalf by the Conservator of Forests;
