Section 3(i) in The Punjab Town Improvement Trust Gratuity Rules, 1971
(i)In the case of death of any [servant] [G.S.R. 70/PA 4/22 Section 73 Amendment/77 dated 16-6-1979 LS Part 3, 24-6-1977.] while in service or on his becoming incapable of service any further due to physical or mental disability or on dissolution of the Trust.
