(3)The University Fund shall be kept in the State Bank of India, or in any Scheduled Bank as defined in the Reserve Bank of India Act. 1934,(II of 1934.). or be, invested in securities authorised by the Trusts Act, 1882,(II of 1882.) or the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950,(Bom. XXIX of 1950.).
