Section 2 in The Haryana Staff Selection Commission Act, 2004
2. Definitions.
- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)"Commission" means the Haryana Staff Selections Commission constituted under Section 3 of this Act;(b)"Government" means the Government of the State of Haryana;(c)"member" means the member of the Commission and includes the Chairman.
