Section 146(3) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(3)There shall be no symbol pasted on the ballot box. Every ballot box used at a polling station shall bear labels, both inside and outside, marked with-(i)the serial No. and name of the constituency;(ii)the serial No. and name of the polling station;(iii)the serial No. of the ballot box to be filled in at the end of the poll on the label outside the ballot box only; and(iv)the date of the poll.
