Section 11(1) in The Punjab Apartment Ownership Rules, 1995
(1)An appeal against order passed by the competent authority under the Act shall be presented to the appellate authority either by the appellant or his agent or shall be sent by registered post addressed to the appellate authority indicating the date of the order appealed against and setting forth concisely the grounds of appeal and be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against.
