ORDER
1. Mr. Sankar Prasad Pani, learned Counsel is present (in Virtual Mode) for the Applicant.
2. Execution Application No.03/2022/EZ has been filed by the Applicant alleging non-compliance of the directions given by this Tribunal in its order dated 17.08.2021 passed in Original Application No.129/2016/EZ.
3. The Tribunal in its order in paragraphs 15, 16 & 17 of the judgment had noted that certain elephant corridors had been identified therein since the Action Plan had been submitted and 14 elephant corridors had been identified by the State Respondents, Respondent No.1, State Government and the State Government had been directed to identify the elephant corridors in terms of the elephant corridors as identified by the Asian Nature Conservation Foundation (ANCF) and the action plan, within a period of two months.

4. The contention of the Applicant is that till date elephant corridors had not been identified in compliance of the directions of the Tribunal.
5. In our opinion, matter requires consideration.
6. Issue notice to the Respondent No.1, Government of Odisha, returnable within four weeks.
7. The Respondent No.1 shall file his reply within four weeks.
8. The learned Counsel for the Applicant shall provide e-copy/soft copy of this Execution Application along with its annexures to the Respondent No.1 within 24 hours.
