1. The petitioners have preferred this criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.114/2015 registered at Police Station Sandwa, District Churu for the offences under Sections 323, 307, 376, 455 and 436/34 of IPC.

2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet has already been filed in this case.
3. In light of such statement, the present petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to take up all the issues at appropriate stage.
