10. Governing Body.
- [10.1] The Governing Body of the University shall consist of the following members, namely:-I. The President;II. The Provost;III. Four persons to be nominated by the sponsoring body out of whom two shall be eminent educationists;IV. Two Deans or Directors of the constituent schools or centres of the University, by rotation, to be nominated by the Provost;V. One expert of Management or Information Technology from outside the University to be nominated by the Governing Body;VI. Three experts representing- other disciplines such as finance, legal, social sector to be nominated by the Governing Body;VII. One eminent industrialist to be nominated by the Governing Body; andVIII. Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Higher and Technical Education or his representative not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to Government or the Deputy Commissioner-ex-officio,
