1. Mr.Shimpi says that due to sheer inadvertence, he did not notice this matter on today's "Supplementary Board". He has instructions to appear and has rather appeared once in this case for the Government of India. He would file his vakalatnama before the returnable date.
2. At the request of Mr.Shimpi, we post this matter on 19 th November, 2019. No further adjournment will be granted. We will proceed on the footing that the Union of India is duly served.
