The application is disposed of.

1. This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay of 63 days in re-filing the main petition.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 63 days in re-filing the main petition is condoned.

3. The application is disposed of accordingly.

4. This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and This is a digitally signed order.
