Section 4(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats (Usage of Electronic Voting Machines) Rules, 2001
(1)Two separate Voting Machines shall be used one for Election to the Office of Chairperson and another for Ward Member in cases of simultaneous elections.
