ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5829/AA/5/2019 dated 04.09.2019 by providing CPS amount, SPF, all pensionary benefits, monitory benefits, gratuity benefits and other service benefits to the petitioner within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3.Though the petitioner claimed to have made a representation dated 19.06.2019, a copy of the same has not been produced before this Court. However, it is claimed that the representation has already been forwarded by the concerned respondent for further action. In this background, it would be appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation ventilating his grievance. 2/4 http://www.judis.nic.in W.P.(MD) No.3577 of 2020
4.In the light of the above observations, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh representation seeking for providing the CPS amount, SPF, all pensionary benefits, monitory benefits, gratuity benefits and other service benefits and on receipt of such representation, the fourth respondent herein shall consider the same based on the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 04.09.2019, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
