Section 1 in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for setting up Agro-Processing and Agri-Business Enterprises) Rules, 2011
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for setting up Agro-Processing and Agri-Business Enterprises) Rules, 2011.(2)They shall extent to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
